Were 20" wheels an option for the 06 FX35?

Just curious because this is what ours came with. Fortunately the tires are newer so we don't have to worry about replacing them for a couple years.

20's were included with all 35's with the Sport package. 45's all came standard with Sport.

I don't for my car but my wife doest care about all that and only wants tires to Gere from point A to point B... She won't be taking any fast turns, running people from light to light, or going 130+ so as long as the tires have a good warranty then she is good! Me on the other hand.... that's a different story! Haha not happy unless I can hit 160mph+ a few times a month

$200 per wheel for good/safe tires.

I wouldn't put any member of my family on cheap tires...

How fast you go is entirely irrelevant. I mean sure if you want to drive fast then you will need good tires, but just because you drive tamely does not mean you can get away with cheap tires.

Let me put it to you this way. When your wife slams on her brakes in an emergency situation do you want her to have the good stopping power and predictability or do you want her to have to stop on her hopes and dreams?

I just picked up my 05 FX35 lastnight, it came with 18s and brand new rubber, wanna trade? LOL. I really wanted the 20s
The day after my wife for the car she was ready to trade for a set of 18s because she couldn't stand the ride quality but the tires that came on the car were shot so I told her to wait until we got some fresh me on the 20 so that she could decide then. Needless to say she loves the 20s now...
