weird sound

Hey, new member of the FX forum.

Ive got an 09 FX and everytime i drive on the highways and i go over 100+ i start hearing a really weird whistle/humming sound and i dont know whats causing it.

Any1 know what the problem is?

Hmm.. the obvious solution is to slow down...

Where is the noise coming from?

I dont really know wheres it coming from, but its def something in the rear part of the car. i think, im not sure, is that it could be from the rear wheels. The sound kinda scares me and im forced to slow down >_>

But im not sure if its the wheels or not.

do you have crossbars on your roof rails?

would like to know too, my car is not that quite at 100km+ but definately no whistle sound. I have no crossbar.

I had crossbar on my old car and whistle sound is exactly wat it would sound like
