I'm not sure if MacNeil is stringing folks along or not. I've seen a couple few updates that indicate the in-channel vent visors will be available soon that suggest by now they would have already been on the market. That aside, this is the response I received from a recent inquiry.

Currently the Side Window Deflectors for the 2009+ Infiniti FX35 is currently still under our development due to some tension matters they had to attend to; unfortunately, this means that my engineers are still approximately 7-10 weeks away before we receive any more information on the product and when a date of sale will be available.
With this being said, I strongly suggest filling out a product request form which can be found under our Customer Service Section on our websiteWe will alert you as soon as the product is available for purchasing.
