Warranty Transfer Info Needed

Can an Infiniti extended warranty be transferred to a Nissan? Also, when you call the Infiniti/Nissan consumer affairs # are you speaking to the same place or are they separate companies. I have a complaint in at Nissan about brake pads locking (stuck) in the caliper and they don't seem as helpful as when I called Infiniti in the past.
 
Not sure but I would bet they are different consumer affairs numbers. And you will not be able to extend a infiniti warranty to a nissan.
