Hey guys, hoping if anyone could help me on this - or maybe give me insight on what I can expect to hear.
I bought my FX45 from a Nissan dealership, it had just been received as a trade by the original owner, 2008, 26,200mi. Upon purchase I got a warranty that covers break down on any thing front to back, top to bottom until 75K miles. I took it to Nissan to get the oil & filter changed and the service associate informed me I still had Powertrain warranty through Infiniti, and that I should take advantage of that is I had any issues or quirks with the vehicle.
So I made a call to the Inifniti service department and found my vehicles service history. 2 front brake rotors resurfaced, 2 separate times - 3 different alignments, one because vehicle pulled left - and the other 2 because of veering and the infamous shake at 60mph. I have noticed this shake since purchasing the vehicle, now with that said - am I, the second owner able to do anything about that - being that it has been a re-occurring issue? - IF I am able to take advantage of said Powertrain warranty, does that cover concerns, or only when it actually breaks down? - Is there some sort of service deductible? - and if they are able to check my car, and make these adjustments, including the seat belt retraction issue that is warrantied until 2018 - Would I be able to use the warranty I got through Nissan for a loaner/rental car (which is covered in my Nissan warranty)?
That is a wall of text, I know, but if anyone has any insight on this, it would be great, because I plan on going in tomorrow to get me a new sun visor clip!! - I just want to know what to expect, and be prepared!
