Want to add spacers to my fx35

Hey all, I have a 2005 fx35 all stock nothing added besides a bunch of lights. I have never knew much about modding cars but Im thinking about adding spacers to my wheels to make it look more flush.

Any ideas of how many mm spacers I should get?

And also if i add spacers, would it affect performance?

You're opinion and help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

I can't offer help on what size and such but I will say this, buy GOOD spacers and don't take the cheap way out. You will have vibration issues if you do!

Thread moved.

Achen415, questions regarding spacers belong to the wheels and suspension threads not interior and exterior :-)

If you search, you'll find a lot of discussions regarding spacers on oem wheels; hub centric, thickness, brand etc

Most people run 20mm all around. Some do 25mm front and 20mm back or 25mm all around. Depends on how flush you want the wheels. I would recommend either H&R or Ichiba.

^ this guy knows what he is talking about. The front fenders kick out 5mm more if you are concerned with herra frush fitment roll with 25mm front 20mm rear or keep it simple and do 25's all around. Go with DRM and bolt on, safe and MUCH easier than changing out studs. To your question re: performance you could argue a slightly wider stance might improve handling/cornering.
