2015 QX70
I found many pages about 370Z and g37 builds getting 400-700 hp out of the VQ37VHR.

Anybody done one on the FX/QX?

The start of this thread is enough to dissuade me from trying anything of the "mild", bolt-on variety.

340 ish whp is around the max you will get from normal bolt-on on the VQ37 (cai, manifold, header, hfc/tp, exhaust, tune). It will get expensive quick if you want more whp in the n/a form.

Jim Wolf cam is on the market but not many have them. I believe a stage 2 cam is being developed.

There was a 370z that stayed n/a and went custom dry sump, that one made something like 360+ whp (don't remember exact figure).

As far as TT goes, stock plastic manifold cracks approaching 25 psi if I remember right.

Forget GTM ever existed. FI TT kit is the way to go.

NA will not go far on power unless you went on harsh cam and change stroker, piston ratio and forged arm but those costs will come near to Twin Turbo cost.
I made up to now on TT on low boost (7psi) 420 AWHP. Will tune it back on 11-14 psi expecting to reach 550 AWHP.
Might swap my trans to manual and make car on RWD and change differential to limited slip Nismo, GTR manifold conversion to go higher boost and stabilize manifold pressure and cylinder equalize pressure for smoother engine cycle, then might tune it again [emoji48][emoji48][emoji48]

I believe Fast Intentions / SpecialtyZ are single turboing stock VHRs running 600whp on E85...
