Hey guys, I've got a question about HID fogs.
Yes, I was suppose to order them last week, but got caught up in stuff.. so couldn't.


Anyway, It was pouring today and I passed ALOT of cars who had 3k fogs... And they seem to brighten up the road very well. I'm a bit undecided on the looks as compared to HID's though.
I wanted to know, which one actually gives the better visibility say the 3k or 6k fogs?

Anyone have pics of them on their FX? (3K's)

3k will cut through fog better than 6k, the yellow produces less glare & them being down low where fogs should be does help... when using in heavy fog the headlights could be off to avoid glare from them... & oh yeah, 3k fogs can still be HID
 
Turbo was it you that said you were going with the 3k?

If I decide to do 3k, I want them to run independently. That would look sweet.
 
pic soon? yeah right... I've had my fogs in my garage waiting to install forever, maybe a year now? never got around to it, prolly won't any time soon either, to many other things on my list like finishing everyones headlights...

my fogs are custom with yellow glass lenses, not OEM fogs... motorized adjustable like the headlights & bi level HID projectors.. look real good sitting in my garage:wub:
