Vibration at highway speeds

Had to take a 3 hour trip today and on my way home I started to notice the car vibrates with a slight shake at highway speeds especially in the back. I stopped at a rest area and noticed on my back left tire one of the wheel balancing weights on the inside of the wheel is missing cause I see the left over tape.
Is it possible for it to come off?

But I don't know if its left over residue from the old balancing weights.

Is there something wrong with the balance on my tires? I also noticed my front right tire is only at 29 PSI on cold and 32 psi warmed up. Could that cause highway vibration?

Don't know if I should take it to my dealer or take it to my tire guy. My car had all 4 tires replaced in march this year and a balancing and an alignment performed. Thanks everyone!!

I would verifiy balance on that rear wheel before I got to excited. It should have a weight somewhere on it. Those stick-on weights do fly off. Could slap a piece of black duct tape over them after they are balanced each time to give you more piece-of-mind about them flying off.

I think you just need to get the wheels balanced and you will be good to go

It sounds like one of the wheels has thrown a weight to me.
Mine still runs smooth and they were balanced in 2009.

If one of the weights did come off is the tire shop obligated to realign the tire for free since the adhesive of their weights failed?

no^ but most shops do balance work for free on the life of ur tires when you buy from them

Probably not an issue but check that your lug nuts are tight.
