Using G37 Spec Winter Tires on FX?

So I still have the winter tires from my G37S, the specs on the rims and tires are:

18" BSA on 225/50/18 Blizzaks.

Besides the odometer being off by approx 12% (according on online calcs), what other affects will running this set have?

Is it safe to go this thin?

No and more so because you have an AWD FX and your G's wheel/tire setup will throw off the AWD system. But what's your fx's current wheel/tire setup?

no, they are too small and the tires are too small, and it will screw with the AWD

225 are too small I believe stock is 265?????

My OEM setup is 265/60/18

The winters tires are not staggered, I went with 225/50/18 all around.
