Using a Flash Drive

Guys...I have a 2010 FX 35.

I was wondering if this is it possible to play playlists from a flashdrive? If so, what format does it need to be in? I know it is not a .m3u.

Wow... am I the only one wondering if you can play playlists off a usb jump drive?

I just put the songs in folders and play it that way.

Ya, I know you can do that... I just didn't want to copy over duplicate songs and use unnecessary space.

The jump drive is working for me, but is there a way to flip through songs without it being played automatically. Cause right now when i scroll through the songs it just plays right off the bat, anyway to set it to not play when browsing through the song list?

Is there any way to transfer music from USB flash drive into the vehicles hard drive or does it have to be done from a disc?

I thought I am the only person who is annoyed by the fact that music from an USB drive starts playing automatically. Why is it like that? It is not doing that with the music on the hard drive.

I hate that too. So much that I have stopped using my USB drive and just use my iPhone.

Any ideas how to delete files from Music Box? The songs I had in there are gettin old.
