First we'll start with the easy iPod question, are any of you able to control the iPod tracks with your steering wheel up/down. This is with a factory installed iPod connector?
The volume works, but up/down tracks turns me back to the radio.
Second question is that I'd like to 'empty' out the tape player in order to create somewhat of a stealth small pocket, where I could slide my phone (blackberry) and have a USB connector to charge it.
Can this be done easily by tapping into the 16 and 23 cables of the iPod connector? Would i run into any issues having the ipod connected and at the same time charging the blackberry on the USB cable created? What are my alternatives?
Any help would be appreciated.
