uninstalling factory roof racks?

Hi guys, i have been trying to find a way of uninstalling the factory roof racks, does anyone have any expirience doing this? what about the holes in the roof? Appreciate the help!
 
How many times do you need to post this? This is the 3rd time.....please read your other thread that you have already posted.
