Turnsignal drl on/off mod possible?

Okay so what i am attempting to do is make my turn signals drl lights as well. As in they stay on 24/7 when lights are on i want to put switchbacks white when turns are not engaged and change to orange when engaged ... So i have a little extra light and a better look appearance as well.
**i have done this mod with all my other vehicles 5 new cars in total but this is my first infinity i am attempting it on. Is this possible since the turns are not on until engaged, that is without butchering the wiring harness up to make it work? Any input would be greatly appreciated and im not worried about anything melting as this is not a big issue with the product as some of you may thing it is. Thanks !
 
Yep, Andy's the guy to talk to. He's installed on both a first and second gen.

Yes, the turn signal still works without power going into the white LEDs for the DTRL. The turn signal powered by the VLEDs socket/base adapter that plug into the stock turn signal socket.
 
If you want the dtrl off & on wenever you want just run it straight to a fused on/off switch then straight to the the battery. No need for all the extra work.
