Trunk not lifting with button help ?

Hey guys , I recently took my fx to a body shop via insurance and today I was trying to get the trunk open but going in the back and hittin the button only unlocks it doesn't open mechanically anymore but when I use the key remote it opens and closes , I'm guessing they unplugged the battery and there's a setting I need togo , has anyone experience this ? Any help would be appreciated
 
If the battery was unplugged the trunk motor probably reset. Give it some time and it should be back to normal. This usually happens with the moonroof too on my other ride.
 
I don't think it will automatically start working ? Like the welcome lights I had to hold the keyless button to get it working again , is there maybe something I need to do ?
 
Dealer should take care of it for free.. Ever try long pressing the button to see of that resets it?
