Transmission Question on my 07 FX

Hey all,


On my FX, I notice that when i put the transmission in reverse i hear a "click" when i gas it semi hard. It also does it time to time when i drive forward to. Does anyone else experience the same thing or is it a dealer warranty issue.

If you are going 14 mph or so(might be a little less - I forget the exact speed) when you hear it, it is the AWD self diagnosis check. I don't drive very fast in reverse but hear it all the time as I'm leaving my driveway in forward.
