tranny problem?

I am having a 2-3 second lag between shifting from reverse (back out of the driveway) to drive. Usually happens if the car is sitting overnight. anyone else having this prob?

no, but your still under warranty, I would take it to the dealer asap. anyways you get a loaner.
just could be low transmission fluid.

+1 on low trans fluid-Check tranny fluid level first.

I have the same issue on my 2008 RWD FX35. It is noticeable when my car sits for a long period of time but its not as bad when you use your parking brake (e-brake).
