Tranny pan rust

Hi,
I have the 2010 FX35 with 55k miles on it.
While I was doing oil change last week, the guy shown that tranny pan rust. He told me get the part ready and replace it when I do oil change next time.
I was wondering how many qts matic S will be needed ? Since it's not a drain and fill. It's changing all the transmission fluid.
Please advice.. thanks
 
Can you post a picture of the rust on the pan. I would be very surprised that it would be so bad that you would need a new pan.
