torque specs for..

Need torque specs for what I think is a timing cover? The thing the magnetic retarder is in. I'm guessing they are like 7 or 8 ft lbs? I know they weren't tight taking off but wanted to be sure

This might help! It's for the VQ37VHR but I can't imagine the torque specs being too different if the part is the same.
