supp,, you guys think this Top Secret cold air intake will fit on are (09' fx35)

the fitting part shouldnt be a problem the question is will we get power because i talked to GenDirector who said he has the stillen 2nd gen intake on his which was made for the G35 and he did not get any power just an agressive sound thats all he got.but imo he might of gotten small numbers that he cannot feel :ninja: its hidden numbers lol someone should contact TS and ask

intakes don't really add much "power", even when tuned. you just need to make sure the legnth is long enough s o the intakes will be sucking colder air (aka closer to grille)

hey JB whats the highest recorded number for FX when it comes to intakes that you have seen
 
Look at the stillen gen 3 to see what it takes to make that much power. Would be fun to see those on an FX.

thats what my shops guys are tryin to fit on my FX they would have to cut and so forth to fit it once it goes into the shop i will post pictures and more as they work on it
 
man if only there was a cold air intake for 09' fx's lol,, but this top secret one look like if it would fit but yeah not really sure..

any other cold air intake you think they could fit??

that could be as well but High Flow cats in california is not legal $1000+ ticket i just cant wait until everything comes in and take it to body shop to get the kit installed and have the intakes fitted and tested

i think so as well mushrooms have less of an aggressive tone because the way and reason their designed like that is to keep it from becoming to loud.
 
All open filter will make that vrrrooom noise. My friend's car has one of those HKS filters that is exposed and it's also loud as hell. Don't plan on feeling anything from a mere intake... it's not a supercharger.
