Cant say for other tires you have listed. But I would not recommend Nitto NT-420s. They're reasonable price wise, but not the quietest tires to me. Wet traction is excellent though.

Bizzak now no snow in new york ,is good weatcher now ,now is january nex february and finish , for two mounts snow tire buy ahh no deal.Deal is all season option.And what do you hav guys opinion hankook tires

I was going to say Hankooks for all season are good too. I think with Yoko or Han, those are two good choices.

winters get Xi2's michelins. 50 times better then the blizzacks. I know I have driven on both.
