So are these all-seasons with studs or winters with studs? If winters, aren't winter tires known to wear quickly when driven on dry pavement?

That's great!!! .. Although I thought there is a law that prohibits that in NJ/NY, I don't even think they allow chains on our wheels, something about ruining the streets (it's not like it's any good now).
