Can you fit a 265 tire on a 10 inch wheel??? The reason is that I just bought my tires and I found some nice rims but its 20x10. only put about 500 miles on the tires and dont wanna buy new 275s or 285s. Thanks.

265's have a rim range from 7.5-9.5, so it's not optimal but you could fit it with a bit of stretch. People have fit much smaller tires on wheels just as wide on other cars for herra frush crap.

mine were 10.5 all around on 265 35 22 at the beginning, see if u have a smaller tire height like 35 30 25 20 it wouldnt matter that much on rims that are 10 and 10.5

this is 265 on a 10". a bit stretched...

go to tire rack look for the tire and look at the specs each tire have different specs because the 265 35 22 pirelli scorpions can accept up to 10.5 so with that being said it is based on the manufacturer.

That's because it's a different sized sidewall. I'm assuming he has 265/50/20 and that's the width range I gave to him. My info is coming for the Hankook RH06, and it shows up to 10.5 for 265/35/22 also.

that looks 25 or 30 sidewall, 50 would be our stock sport 20 inch rims sidewall, that is why u should get 40 sidewall on a suv or on our fx, i had a 35 sidewall it looks better but the car becomes very stiff and performes better: handling, response

Is this with a 50 sidewall? That thing is about to pop out. I have 265/50/20 now. But if this is how its gonna look its kinda risky.

I had 265/50s on a 20x9.5 and it didn't look stretched at all. I can't imagine it being drastically stretched on a 20x10

Here's 20x9.5 with 265/50/20:

Now this looks good. I initially thought it was a 275. I think I'm just gonna keep my tires and get the rims. Thanks for all the responses.
The only complaint about this site is the lack of women :smile (2):, otherwise its great!
