tilt not working

Done some searching didn't bring up what im looking for. My tilt has quit working the telescope works I can here a clicking noise under console like a relay does this sound like a motor issue?
 
that is def the motor, you should call your local dealer and make an appointment to have it replaced. However seeing that your FX is an 04 you might have to cover the cost yourself. I have also heard of Infiniti dealers sometimes taking care of the bill for vehicles that are nor under warranty.
