Testing the waters, selling my 2005 FX35 - Thoughts on price?

Hi all
I have an 05 FX35. 72K miles. Fully loaded except AWD, DVD. Condition is good. Has a few light scratches that I should be able to buff out. Has a drivers side seat ripped on the side. Common issue. Just debating whether I want to have it repaired. KBB for "Good" condition is a hair over $15K. With the mods I was thinking asking $16-16,500 OBO.

Just wanted to get your thoughts on it

Niche Circuit 20x10 Machined Faced wheels with Hankook Ventus 275 tires
Plastidip front Grill (able to be peeled off with no harm to the original grill)
LED Interior Lighting (custom lighting circuit boards, not the cheap replacements)
6000K Morimoto Headlights
6000K VVME HID Fog Lights
LED DTRL front Lights
Services completed at Infiniti of Pleasanton (now Infiniti of Livermore) except for last oil change
New Battery
 
Good news. I'd say about 95% of all the scratches buffes out. Now just need to get an upholstery shop to take a look at the seat.

Driving down now to take a look at an 09 G37s 6MT sedan. Wish me luck
