Tailgate opens and closes immediately

Hi, my name is taha, and I have qx70 2016, my tailgate opens and closes immediately sometimes and sometimes works just fine, checked the fuse and reseated it the tailgate worked after that once for a day, disconnected the negative battery for 15 minutes the tailgate worked after that once for a day also but tried again a couple times nothing changed, I had a sticker on the whole car I cut the sticker that covered the sonar sensers the sonar worked finally and the tailgate worked for day after that too, the tailgate is hard to open by hand (manually) when it's not working but when it's working it's smooth to open by hand, checked if some wires stuck and holding the tailgate but everything looked fine, tried resetting the tailgate by holding the button at the highest but nothing, and the tailgate being smooth when it's working made me think the tailgate struts are fine, mind that the avm not working so I don't know if it's connected to the issue, any idea will be so helpful

is your tailgate powered by electric struts if it is then one of your struts is bad and they are pretty expensive
ad that same problem a few year back ad to change driver side twice already
