Do folks notice when they add these things or is it more performance bling to show off when you pop your hood? What exactly do they do in terms of performance on Infiniti crossovers?

Do it. I notice greater control at high speed turns. Before I installed the STB, I usually don't take chances doing corners at 60mph.

yes u do, i think its equivalant to changing ur suspension to coilovers, thats how a difference i felt

on the 1st gen i felt a difference now u have a 11 ex close to 2nd gen fx. You guys have a wishbone suspension, so you need feedback from the 2nd gen guys. 1st gen had a mcpherson strut suspension

I was always skeptical and had a STB on for awhile. After removing it though... then i realized what a difference it had made.

I feel that is the MOST noticeable addition to the handling of the car.

Thanks for all of the responses, fellas. Seems like a must have upgrade especially at only around $200 and with zero risk of warranty issues.

you might also want to consider a rear ex sway bar off of a awd ex

They help especially when your doing 80mph around a bend in the road.

I also noticed increase in handling on high speed turns, especially of and on highways + GTspec one looks great! Do It

If you're talking about tramlining through grooves in the road, the strut bar won't help with that. It's just going to make the car feel better in turns since it will help reduce a bit of body flex. Not a lot since the unibody is pretty stiff, but some.

Keep in mind that the absolute limits of the car won't increase. You may go faster in corners, but that's just because the car feels more stable. It's not gripping any better. The tires are a bigger limiter in handling than the chassis is.

Will adding a strut bar help with the tracking of the road the car does?
