Anyone ever run into this issue? Basically turn the car on and my stereo presets are not set anymore. Could it be a battery issue?

Could be, but typically you'd need to have a dead battery for that to happen and you would appear to still be able to start the car.
Other ideas, Aftermarket alarm with battery disconnect? I only have one key for mine, but my old car had presets tied to whichever key was used to unlock the car. Not sure if the FX has the same.

It's all stock when it comes to that. Could be some crazy Sirius issue. Just weird.

By any chance, did you press on the A/C and AV Switch the "Mute/II" and the "PREV" for 3 seconds just after ignition? This function enter the diagnosis mode and do a reset of your settings.
