Steering Wheel Problem

I have an issue that just occurred with my steering wheel. Today, I went and got my car washed at a hand wash place. After the wash was done, I jumped in my car and started it. I noticed my steering wheel was lowered all the way to the bottom. I tried to adjust it up, but all I hear is a clicking noise. However, I was able to adjust it back and forth. Has anyone encountered this problem or know a fix? Not sure if it's the car or the person accidentally pressed something when they were cleaning my car?

The tilt motor has probably seized with age or something may have become stuck somewhere. There are two way to know for sure, first is to have the stealer (dealer) look into it or you can do it yourself.

Here is the TSB for 2nd gen models on a recall for their motors. It doesn't apply to our model years, but I suspect the later model years like ours suffer from the same mechanical breakdown. It has details on how to remove the motor.
