Staggered fitment 18/20s

Anyone run into any issues with a staggered fitment? I'm looking a used set of either 18x8.5/10 or 20x9/10 and would like to know before hand if im gonna have any fitment issues.

I dont know if they will fit on the EX size-wize but I know as long as you get the right tires it will work fine with the AWD system
 
I'm running staggered tires on the same size wheel - my new MRR HR2's 20x8.5. 255/40 up front and 255/45 in the rear. No issues. I ran the same set up on the FX 20x8's I had on the EX previously. (shameless plug - they are for sale along with my other MRR CV2's in the classifieds.)

My car is rear wheel drive.
