Squealing noise when turning

Hello everyone, i have a 2004 fx35 AWD and recently i started noticing this high pitched squealing noise coming from underneath the hood when turning the wheel sharply. It only seems to do it when the A/C and/or the fan is working. For example when the car is stationary and turn the wheels all the way to the left everything is fine, no sounds. But if the A/C is working it makes noise when in extreme left or right position. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? I bought the vehicle at 75k miles and put about another 22k on it since but never replaced any belts or anything like that. Thank you in advance
 
Belt need to be change bro.. Make sure it has the right tension tho. Or you might encounter some noises..
 
Problem probably has nothing to do with your wheels being turned. Especially since it always happens when you turn on your A/C.

Like Rubare said..time to change your drive/ac belts. They're like $25 for both at nearest Autozone, and takes about 15-20 minutes to do.
