I have stock 20" rims on my '05 FX35 RWD and was wondering what size spacers i should install. I have not lowered my ride yet, but have a set of H&R on their way. I obviously dont want any problems with rubbing and dont plan on upgrading my wheels anytime soon. Can anyone a related ride with my specs help me with my purchase of spacers? Im looking for a flush look and dont want any rubbing or other problems that may come with adding spaces so please dont suggest options. Im also aware that the answer to this question is probably somewhere in the forum but i cant find it. Any assistance anyone????

20mm on all four and you will be safe.........25's possibly Spacers with Stock Wheels - InfinitiScene.com

Thanks guys. I think i will go with the 20's. I read somewhere else that the 25's in the rear do stick out a little more. Thanks again for your fast response.

with stock wheels the SMALLEST hub centric spacer you can use is 20mm, anything less than 20mm & the original studs will need to be cut, negating the benifit of not replacing the studs.

the original studs are too short to use anything like a 5mm, 7mm or whatever, there just long enough for thread engagenment with no spacers, to use a smaller than 20mm you have to change the studs

Are these just spacers or hub-centric adapters?
I have not removed a wheel from my 2005 however I would assume that the wheels are hub centric (weight supported by the hub) and not by the lugs?
