Sound from exterior rear view mirrors over 200km/h

hi,
has anyone noticed a whistling sound coming from (i think) the exterior rear view mirrors at 200km/h and over. At first i didn't know what was wrong but when i concentrated on the noise it seemed like it was from the exterior rear view mirror on the left side. Has anyone had this problem before? If so can it be eliminated somehow?

Do not think you can eliminate it unless you change the mirrors, which I have not seen done on an FX yet.

I have heard about this from other members. I guess I usually have my music up too loud to hear the whistling!

If I was ever to go that fast, I think the only noise I would hear is my wife screaming "SLOW DOWN !!!"

lol when you get up to that fast you are bound to hear some noise here and there...
I've been up around 130 in mine and it starts whistling and howling haha....
all of that is normal...

tape the openings from mirror to housing.... going 200 kmh (124 mph) is going to make noise

HA! Mine would start screaming at about 90. By 120 it just might sound like a whistle.

i was going 120 mph there was no whistle or anything, the only thing i saw that it was shaking a bit but hey 120mph lol

Don't go 200kmh. That will solve the problem. But I have gone 220 in mine for an extended period (5km or so) and i heard nothing that I can remember.
