I remember seeing someone with a black interior trunk. The bottom cover that opens to the spare tire had a speaker in it and looked super clean. I think there was a Infiniti symbol too. So pretty much the trunk cover got cut out and placed a speaker in.

Yes! Man kinda sucks that theres no spare tire. You think it be possible to do something similar but keep the spare tire and remove the stock subwoofer?

Not if you want to put a sub in the floor. If you are willing to compromise in low end you can put a sub in a custom enclosure in the back wheel well areas (fiberglass enclosure) but you won't have the amount of air space for a real good low end. So it's basically great bottom end and no tire or decent low end and a spare.
