Side Mirror replacement

I accidentally cracked my passenger side side mirror when I was parking FML, and now I'm looking for some replacement for the mirror glass,

this is what i found in infinitipartsusa.com, any one know if its easy to install? it has a note at the bottom said "Part included in mirror assembly. Order by description", any one know what it mean?

I ordered replacement glass from them in the past and it was an easy process to swap out the old for the new.
