Today I removed my center console and put back together now my shift indicator and clock illumination doesn't work what could it burnt bulbs or fuse if so what fuse is it HELP please

If your stereo illumination is on then it's not the fuse, since it controls the entire center control part. Is your light inside of the ash tray off too? If so I'd check if you properly plugged the cable back in, having all of them burn out at the same time is unlikely. There are two bulbs inside of the clock, one for the ashtray and one for the shifter (2 for 2006+).

It's just the 2 clock lights and the 1 for the shifter that are out the one for the ash tray works fine

I did happen to mix up one of the plugs could I've shorted the bulbs

That's quite possible. Just take the bulbs out. The ones in the clock have rubber sleeves on them so you might need to roll them off to inspect the bulbs

What about the one for the shifter it looks like that one has two red wires that have a connector at the end of it
For the shifter it's a miniature lightbulb, you twist the housing out then pull it out.
