Seat Presets and Lumbar Support Controls

I recently had to get the bottom mechanics of my drivers seat replaced because the seat was coming off of the track when moved back. Well I just realized that the seat preset buttons and lumbar support switch are no longer working. Is there some kind of plug under the seat that they may have forgotten to plug back in? I would much rather not go back to the dealership...Every time I bring it in to get work done I leave with even more things wrong or damaged. I will be switching dealerships, but that is a topic for another conversation. If anyone knows please let me know. Thank you!

I dont know how to set my presets on my seat or if even works for that matter, is there a certain way you need to do to set it or do you think its just brocken???

No, it is broken. Well, not necessarily broken, just not functioning right now. To set a preset, you hold in the "set" button while in the desired seat position until both indicator lights on buttons "1" and "2" are illuminated. You then press either button "1" or "2" to set the respective preset. None of the preset buttons or the lumbar support button are functioning right now.

Does the indicator light turn on at all while you trying to set it?

No it doesn't. None of the buttons function at all. I am thinking something had to be unplugged and not plugged back in when my seat was removed to replace the mechanics underneath. I checked the plugs that are easily seen underneath but all seemed to be plugged in.

Does your steering column auto adjust to your preset? Does the seat heater warm up?
