Seat Finish Peeling Off

Looks like an excellent repair Aaron. They did a nice job.
 
I used to have a really good guy for this, was an old timer and did furniture and upholstery repairs for many years but he's not around any more and I've tried a few other guys past few years and they sucked... if you get a contact number for the guy who does this I'd like to have it too :)

Do you have any details of how and what he did to repair? As in did he replace a section of the leather, or added material filler, etc....

I'm just curious thats all.
 
^+1 on that too, need to redo mine also. No good upholstery shops around me:(

I'm not sure what he did since I dropped the car off at the dealer for 2 days while they were doing it and the leather repair guy did it at the dealer. I never met him to ask what was done.

I also notice it also looks like the side bolster feels a lot firmer like what it did when it was brand new maybe my imagination lol. Over time it had become a little soft and flat.


Not too sure what was done but it looks great. I have OCD lol and I don't notice anything with it.
