I bought my FX50s on rainy Saturday in Scottsdale AZ. When I got home from the dealer I noticed my brand new car's driver side windshield bade was scratching my glass. The metal part was resting on the glass and now I need a new windshield. I called the dealer right away and they are going to cover it, but what a pain. Has anyone else had this problem?

Nope never had this problem. Someone probably didn't install your wipers properly. The metal shouldn't of touched the glass.

You may try to polish it wiht something like this:

It is based on the cear oxydium ( sorry i dont know chemical vocabulary ).
Should be used gently to avoid the lens effect on the windshield.

when you go there for repairs, tell them to give you a bad a$$ loaner car you can do donuts on.
