Roof rail delete

I'd like to get rid of the roof rails, and am wondering if there's a kit for doing so? Has anyone done it, and if so how much of a PITA was it?

infiniti sells caps that would go where the openings will be when the rails are removed, but when the rails are removed there are studs sticking up from a bracket that either needs to be removed (dropping the headliner) or cut off. most cut them off, if you know your not going back then that's fine, & if you ever did decide to go back you could either drill & tap those brackets or even replace them at that point.
