These are rubber plugs designed specifically for the 2nd Gen(2009-2017) FX/QX since the current available options are... mediocre

You'll also want to clean the roof where the rails were, which should be expected anyways.
I only removed mine for these pics, my roof rack is going right back on in about 5 minutes (hence the other rail still on)
Should take 15-20 mins to remove the old racks(my one side took less than 10) and maybe 60 seconds to pop these in place. No glue, tape, sanding, etc. Perfect fitment.
