RMF26's AWD 2007 FX35

lookin good! so how long have you had the vortech in there? hows it holding up (engine problems or anything like that)?
 
I have had it for about 7 months now and i have put on about 10,000 kms on it ... No serious problems at all (knock on wood) .. Except that just recently my car is idleing at 1100rpm .. We are guna have that checked .. Oh and my fuel prices are crazy! .. My engine now eats up the Engine oil .. I replace it every 3500kms ... I am very happy with the result ... I am running very low boost atm making abt 400hp at 8-9psi .. Soon im going for a fully built motor and raising the boost to get 620hp

thats really good to hear...a supercharger that actually worked out :top: will you just rebuild the motor you have now to get more power?

and what andy said lets get a vid or at least lets hear the beast!!!
 
nice project......!! what numbers are you running and how is your hks catback holding up......?i have it too but it is single piping with 2.5" so i was just wondering what your experiance was with it.
 
So far i am running with low boost (about 9 psi) to maintain daily drivability .. I am told that the numbers are expected to range from 400 to 420 hp ... The exhaust has not given me any problems at all actually .. My mechanic said that a true dual would have been better but i did not know i was going F/I after that ... My y-pipe has had a leakage but since it stock im having one custom made ... All in all i love the HKS Catback its a great setup very good quality ;)

thanks for the props ! unfortunatly i'm still in progress with my F/I project so i honestly would not know. jumbo was quit happy about it he told me. i am almost there so hope i can double him on that
