Whatup IS!?!?

So I just got off the phone with my dealership, and they want $6,000+ from me to upgrade my wheels from 18" to 20".

My face :eek.: as soon as i heard that...

Does anyone in the DMV know of any honest places I can get some OEM 20s from?

Any of you selling? :wink:


P.S. Love the board!! I sold my 06 TL 6MT for this car, and was nervous that there wouldnt be another community like Acurazine was to ACURA.
 
Yeah, you should never go to a dealer for OEM wheels, the prices are so ridiculous it's a joke. Your best bet for OEM 20's is this forum, ebay and a little patience. If you watch the auctions enough you should be able to get a set without to much trouble.

As for your dealer in particular, I would file a complaint against them for trying to rip you off. A friend of mine ordered a set of OEM 20's from infinitipartsusa for his 2007 FX and paid around $3600.00 for the set. While that price is still outrageous it's nowhere even close to what your dealer was charging.
 
I got my Toyo Proxes 275/45/R20 on ebay for like $425. It was on a close out so i dunno if you would be able to find a comperable deal.
 
List price for rims is 'round 1100 each & GYs are in the 200 range. That's about 5K. While this is a crappy package, they're high, but somewhat in range. They're deff. not giving any discount to you. As others said, Good idea to look somewhere else.
