Retrofit Limited Cooled Seats

Hey folks, Don't hate me with this question. I just bought my wife a 17" QX70 iridium blue. She loves it. It was a great deal, but it does not have the cooled seats. I located a beautiful set of limited seats and switches for the heating and cooling. Will the wiring harness plug and play or is there a lot more to it?
 
Hopefully the members here that really do something like this can read it and respond to you.
