Resonated exhaust tip length

I'm in the process of purchasing a Tanabe Hyper Medallion axle back exhaust for a G35 coupe. My question is for those that have used g35 coupe exhausts, what length tip did you have to buy if you cut right at the tip and replace. I don't want to extend the piping, just get a better resonated tip. Anyone know. Thx
