Replacing backup camera on QX50 Journey

I am new to this forum and recently purchased a new 2015 QX50. We noticed a crack in our backup camera lens yesterday. It had been fine. I called the dealer. They want $800 for the camera without installation. Two questions: 1. Where can I get an around view backup camera that is less expensive? and 2. How does one take the camera out and reinstall a new one?

Have you considered going to an auto wrecker to see if they had one available?

$800 is a pretty steep price!
