Replacement Fog Light Question

Interested in these fogs to add DRL funcitionality. Did a chat w/ a rep and they said simple plug-n-play. Due to the DRL addition; is it really that simple or does something extra need to be done?

I didn't think the Mori's had DRL built in to them though.... That's what I'm leery of; since factory fogs aren't DRL's, how would the electrical system know when to activate/de-activate DRL's on a new product if no extra wiring is done.
