Removing interior trim

Anyone have any guides on removing the aluminum trim from the interior? Anything I need to be worried about?

I'm looking on removing anything that is brushed aluminum, so...
1. door handle pulls front and rear
2. steering wheel accents
3. center stack and clock trim (already know how)

Search for "dynamat door" and "install paddle shifters". Those should have the instructions you need.

dynamat door thread was helpful.

The paddle shifter thread tells you how to remove the steering wheel, not the two trim pieces around the radio controls and cruise controls on the steering wheel. There has to be another way. If there is no way to remove the trim without taking the steering wheel off, then so be it.

nevermind...looks like you have to remove the steering wheel to get the controls off.

Infinitihelp has the "interior/exterior" and "instrument panel" sections of the service manual for our model year available in their free downloads. there should be some helpfull info in those. You do have to register with them to download material.
