Quick question i just relazied after having the car for about 4 months that my transmission fluid seems high...so I was wondering what would be the best way to remove the oil without changing it all...I was thinking with a pump from the dipstick, would that be save, or would that cause any harm? Also would a high level cause the transmission cooler underneath the radiator to crack? thank you

Also is my transmission fluid actually high or is it just the bad disgn of the dipstick, it look redicously high, everytime i check the dipstick (I did it the proper way, engine on, shifted all gears,..) the oil is all over the place, and it looks like I am like 3 quarts over...

3 quarts over!? How do you figure that amount from the dip stick?
If it has been operating fine at that level for a while, it might not be worth messing with now. The readings are tough, but if you pull out too much, that would be more on the bad news side of things. A few months ago, there was a discussion about someone here pulling a motor oil amount from the dipstick. (was it jdtrader?) I forget what the fittings are like, but can you pull some from the trans cooler lines?

yea i thought of that...also question if i pull the trans cooler line to change and reconnect will the air in the hose be a problem when reconnected?

I overfilled mine during a trans flush and pull the excess out from the cooler line.. No ill effects just make sure to check the fluid after driving it for a bit.
