Recall on 2010 FX35

I had received an e-mail from Consumer Affairs about a recall on the 2010 FX35.

OPEN P0336 INF REPROGRAM NAVI ITB10-031

Please contact your Infiniti dealership for an appointment to have the necessary repairs performed on your vehicle. These repairs are free of charge to you.

I called the dealership, since my FX was still there, and it was true... they didn't give me much information except that the Nav Unit need reprogramming. I was wondering if you guys knew. I did a quick google search and all it pulled up was information on the G37 and it was to fix some iPod/iPhone issue. I was wondering if it was the same thing.

So, I looked at this thread and it doesn't explain what the update fixed.
